Applied AI & Edge Intelligence: My work centers on efficient deep learning, model quantization, and deploying AI on everyday devices — bringing real‑time intelligence to environments with limited compute.

My senior thesis explores real‑time Filipino Sign Language (FSL) recognition on consumer hardware. We investigate how to take complex architectures and compress them through quantization and optimization techniques so they run smoothly on devices most people already own.

Computer Science & Law: I have a deep intellectual interest in algorithmic fairness, digital governance, and AI ethics examined through the lens of the Philippine legal system. I believe that as AI systems become more pervasive, the people building them must understand the legal and ethical frameworks that govern their deployment.

Graduate Ambitions: I plan to pursue a master's degree followed by interdisciplinary research that bridges advanced AI development with policy and ethical frameworks. My long‑term goal is to contribute to both the technical and regulatory conversations shaping AI in Southeast Asia.
